Shipping Information and Return Policy

At Kaphiy GmbH, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shipping experience for our valued customers. Below are the details of our shipping and return policies:

Shipping Locations

We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and selected EU countries.

Catered EU Countries

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours:

     Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET (excluding holidays).

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for all orders over CHF 50 / €50. To qualify, the total value of your cart must exceed this amount. For orders below this threshold, the following shipping fees apply:

     Switzerland and Liechtenstein: CHF 9.80

     Germany: €4.90

     Other European Union countries: €7.90

Delivery Methods

     Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Deliveries are managed by Swiss Post.

     European Union countries: Deliveries are handled by DPD, GLS, DHL, or Deutsche Post.

Shipping Frequency and Delivery Times

     Daily shipping.

     Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Deliveries take approximately 2-3 working days.

     European Union countries: Deliveries take approximately 5-8 working days.

Partial Deliveries

We may perform partial deliveries if necessary.

Undeliverable Orders

If a buyer does not accept delivery of the goods, Kaphiy GmbH reserves the right to resell the goods to a third party after two weeks and hold the original buyer accountable for any resulting losses.

In cases of force majeure, product discontinuation, or other uncontrollable circumstances occurring after the order is placed, we are released from the obligation to deliver. This includes events such as strikes, lockouts, or governmental orders.


Return Policy

Eligibility

Products can be returned within 14 days of the order date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened and in perfect condition.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at Kaphiy GmbH (Eistrasse 5a | 6102 Malters, or via email at service@kaphiy.ch) with a clear declaration (e.g., letter or email) before the 14-day return period expires.
  2. Return the Product: After receiving confirmation, ship the product within 14 days to the address provided in our response.
  3. Refunds: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process a full refund, including the initial delivery costs. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
