As an experienced barista and coffee specialist, Nicolas brings a dynamic and holistic perspective to the coffee industry. Extremely positive by nature, he is also an avid sports enthusiast who is passionate about rock climbing and tennis. Beyond sports, he loves dancing, especially salsa, which reflects his deep connection to South American culture. Nicolas lives by the philosophy that life happens for you, not to you, a mindset that shapes his approach to both business and personal endeavors.
