The beans undergo a semi-washed process, fermented for 8-10 hours, and yield a rich complexity with notes of Panettone, clove, and dark chocolate, all complemented by a full-bodied sweetness. A portion of the proceeds supports the Sumatra Orangutan Conservation Program, in collaboration with the Indonesian government.
